Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

All in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday-Friday). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and carrier delays beyond our control.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time — but we're working on it! Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to keep it as affordable as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. Packages are sometimes left in secure locations or with neighbors. If it's still missing after 24-48 hours, email us at info@effykawira.com with your order number and we'll help investigate. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Can I update my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us an email ASAP at info@effykawira.com with your updated address.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Not yet — but it’s something we’re exploring in the future.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

While we take great care in packaging your items, sometimes damage can occur during the shipping process that is out of our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@effykawira.com within 7 days, providing photos of the damaged package and item.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to try to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund, subject to the carrier's policies. However, please note that as the brand, we are not ultimately responsible for damages that occur once the item has left our facility. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you through the claims process.
