Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defect reasons. Please review your order carefully before making your purchase. Our team  thoroughly quality checks the packages to make sure the order is correct, but if items appear defective or you have received the wrong order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us at info@effykawira.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

We will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday).

Refund Process

To be eligible for a refund due to damage or defect:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Refunds cover the item cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, if return is required

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit after they leave our facility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
